Alice joined the RedAlert PT team in September. Here Alice tells us a little bit about herself;
My fitness journey started in 2014 after completing my first tough mudder. I fell in love with the challenge and I got a kick out of pushing myself and wanted to help others move forwards with their health and fitness lifestyle. My passion and enthusiasm comes from getting to know all my clients and helping them achieve whatever goal they set out to do, Anything is possible!
I have recently become a Mum for the first time to my beautiful little baby girl Pippa, she is my partner in crime and loves coming to workouts and buggy fitness classes with me.
I find myself in the incredibly lucky position to be doing what I love for a living. I have met incredible people, people who have pushed themselves to achieve their goals. I hope I can continue to help others develop and shine to be the best version of themselves that they can be.
I have worked with all ages of men and women, my client base currently is made up of women between 20-40, I am fully qualified in pre and post natal training and have experience with working with clients 1 to 1, in small groups, or leading a studio session. I would love to help you on your journey, if it is a bit of baby weight you would like to shift, get beach body ready, or fit in that dress for a special occasion then I have plenty of experience to guide you in the right direction.

On my rare days off I will be busy being a family with my gorgeous husband and beautiful baby daughter. Most likely just jumping in the car and driving around to find a new village with a decent coffee shop and possibly a slice of carrot cake. It’s a family favourite. Also YES I eat cake !!!!
