I have been a personal trainer for around 4 years now and started my fitness journey after completing my studies as a dancer. Seeing first hand how an active and healthy lifestyle can change a persons life for the better is what pushed me to become a personal trainer. I met so many people who like myself felt intimidated and almost scared to train alone especially in a gym environment, so I decided to use my knowledge and passion to help them overcome their fears and build confidence in themselves.
Since becoming a personal trainer I have also taken time out to train as a full time firefighter which has changed my lifestyle and mindset dramatically. It has taught me how to be more confident in myself and how a little bit of exercise can contribute to both physical and mental well being in such a big way.
I love having the opportunity to work with people to better themselves so whether its weight loss, weight gain, body confidence or just a good work out to make yourself feel better then i’m here to help you on your journey.
