I have always been active, from a young age, whether it was horse riding, gymnastics or being part of a women’s football team.
I started going to the gym regularly as a teenager, attending cycle classes and other group exercise sessions and I can never go for long without exercise! Even on holiday I will always have enough gym clothes with me to sneak out for workouts every morning 🙂
While I worked in a office for 10 years, in the big world of shipping, I always hoped to be able to follow my passion for exercise as a career and I qualified as a Level 2 Gym Instructor back in 2014. I added the Level 3 Ante & Post Natal a year later.
After I had my first son, I finally left the world of shipping and qualified in indoor cycling and started teaching spin classes, which has become an absolute passion again.
I also teach HIIT, Circuit and all over Body Workout classes at various gyms in Hertfordshire and will soon qualify as a boxercise instructor, enabling me to bring these skills into our workout sessions.
I know how hard it can be to find the time and energy for a workout, especially when you have a family and/or a busy day job, but that’s where I come in and give you that extra motivation in your fitness journey to follow your path to a healthier you.
