It’s hard to write about yourself on your own website! Do I write as me or do I write about me?! I’ve gone with the biography style – all about Allie…
Dr. Allie Park-Crowne set up RedAlert PT in March 2015 to help others improve their fitness in a way that works with a busy lifestyle and home commitments. A ‘yo-yo Fad’ dieter herself in the past, Allie has experienced many of the ups and downs associated with balancing home life, work, exercise and & healthy diet.
With a background in Biology and Bio-Medical Science, Allie earned her Doctorate at Newcastle University Medical School before moving to Hertfordshire in 2009. It was during her relocation to Hertfordshire that Allie turned her own health around and learned how to eat well to gain the figure she had always wanted whilst having energy to fuel the sports she loves.
2013 introduced a new challenge as Allie won an entry to Ironman UK and with this she was hooked on triathlon. In the years since then she has completed multiple Ironman triathlons and has qualified as a GB age-grouper for several International and European Championships.
Prior to triathlon, Allie has competed at a high level in both kick boxing & downhill mountain biking so she has a broad depth of experience to help clients meet their own fitness goals.
She has achieved the following qualifications and is always working towards another one;
- Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training & Fitness Instructing
- Level 2 Diploma in Gym Instructing
- Ironman Certified Coach

- Advanced Functional Training
- Level 2 Studio Cycling Instructor

When she’s not training, coaching or racing, you will find her out with her husband Mark and two dogs, Chilli and Ginger who are frequent stars on the RedAlert PT Instagram feed. She also writes a regular blog on this site.
