Personal Training & Pilates
Our Strength & Conditioning sessions can help elevate your performance to the next level! We have a private studio for PT sessions and also offer one to one and group mat pilates classes at venues across St. Albans. We have vast expertise with runners, triathletes, cyclists and hybrid athletes.
Multisport & Hybrid Coaching
Running, swimming, cycling, triathlon, duathlon or functional fitness racing! You will be prepared to take on any event after following a bespoke training plan. All of our plans include strength programs to keep you on your ‘A’ game and prevent niggles and injuries.
