2 days left before I give up sugar for 3 months. Sugar has always been my ‘demon’ so i am going to quit sugar for 3 months and document my thoughts and feelings as I go. My main aim for this is health improvement as I am all too aware that in the last year I have been eating too much sugar rather than fuelling my training with foods my body actually needs.
